About 4PM

4PM is a non-profit social service organisation with the status of an Institution of Public Character (IPC).

We are dedicated to supporting underprivileged families with school-going children and the elderly from low-income households. The Family Development Project aims to uplift underprivileged families and support their children’s learning journey. We have expanded our programmes to improve the well-being of these families to help them achieve stability and self-reliance.

For the Youth Development Project, we have enhanced our mentoring and educational support programmes to journey with our youths towards achieving their aspirations.
