Our History

4PM was founded in 1948 by a group of visionary youths who sought to address the challenges and fulfill the aspirations of the Malay community post World War II. With a strong emphasis on youth and literary (education), 4PM built community schools, provided tuition classes, gave out bursaries, organized oratorical competitions and other social initiatives.

Launch of 4PM Family and Youth Development Framework

On 3rd January 2024, 4PM officially launched for the first time the ‘4PM Family and Youth Development Fund.’ 4PM has expanded our Family Development initiative to enhance the well-being of underprivileged families with school-going children through our social support programmes. Concurrently, we widened the scope of our Youth Development initiative by enhancing our mentoring and education programmes to support youths in achieving their aspirations. Moreover, we continue to assist the elderly from low-income households
